Well tis valentine's day today, for all those who didn't know... though i don't see how anyone coudl forget with all those big hearts and teddy bears in every shop window... The postal strike is really going to cause a bit of chaos for the people who wanted to send their cards my post...guess it's up to email and delievering in person now...

Thinking along the lines of Valentines and stuff, has anyone seen the movie Valentine?? If not i suggest you watch, it really is class. It's a serial killer type of movie but it holds so much more in it than the Scream trilogy does (of course that has nothing to do with the lead actor being David Boreanaz at all...)
The moive begins with the really nerdy guy going up to this group of girls and asking each of them in turn if they'd dance with him (the scene is at a junior high valntines dance or something)...each of the girls rejects him - take note of what they say, it ties in with how they get killed later on eg. Paige say "I'd rather be boiled alive"..and that kinda is what happens to her....in case you didn't get it from what i said there, it's all about the nerdy guy coming back to seek revenge, only he's had a lot of plastic surgery and now looks pretty good...
The endings kinda confusing...cause you still don't find out for sure who the killer was but you can take a pretty good guess and after reading some stuff about the movie i've had my suspicions confirmed.

It is actually quite ridiculous how expensive valentines day cards are...in the future i'll consider making my own...

Ohh i have got my whole formal outfit completed! :D! Got my shoes yesterday, waoh they are just beautiful. Dragged poor blistered feet Emma and Adam around with me to get them...didn't have my size in one Barretts shop, so off we went to the other. If anyone wants to see the shoes i'd be only to happy to get a picture of them...

For some reason i've just been reminded of the most comfortable socks in the world that i got the other day. They're proper walking ones for my new walking boots which i needed to get for Dk of Ed...the boot are blue and have suede on them...but back to the socks...go to tiso and buy a pair and wear them around the house or something, i'm really serious, your feet will never have felt anything more comfortable.

Am rather sad the 7th series of Charmed is over...it is rather upsetting as it was really good...had a guest appearance from Kerr Smith for a few episodes, playing Agent Kyle Brody. For those of you who don't know who he is, he played Jack in Dawson's Creek (yes the gay one) and for those of you who still don't know who i'm talking about, then i'm afraid that there is no hope for you at all...

Have started jumping now in my riding lessons... :) tis very cool..though i was only doing that at the end and so have not exactly mastered the whole thing...at all...kind of mess it up..but ah well i'm just a beginner really...

Am really getting into playing my tin whistle a lot...i just sit up in my room playing away at jigs and stuff...am soo glad i bought the new one as i found the old one and it realy was covered in rust..as well as the tin round the holes getting rubbed away..the new one makes a slightly better sound too.

Well those bloody exams are over so have been getting back even bloodier results... -_- meh...most weren't too bad... shall leave you with my most glorified one... i got 91% in my PE exam!!!!!! :D:D:D:D!!!! Don't i rock!!!!? hehehe i was soo soo happy when Mrs Watson set the paper down in front of me, i just stared at it and said "Holy crap..." ...i really could not believe that i had got such a good mark...wahoo! :D!

Chemistry was pleasing too, Dr Barr said the sweetest thing! He said that my mark was the one that gave him most joy and how he was very pleased with it and stuff...aww it was soo nice, made me feel that the effort i'd put in to bringing it up from it's pathetic lowness before was all worth it...

Tis exactly one month till the formal and i still have no dress, no shoes, no bag and no acessories...this calls for some emergancy shopping! And thankfully can do so on Saturday with Ruthie...woot!

Have discovered that i am really really bad at playing pieces from memory, piano this is... was trying to play stuff earlier when Emma L and i were in the music practice rooms after school...it was terrible...i really made myself look bad...i think i could play two bars of Fur Elise before messing it up...something i really need to work on now...

Had to do an English speech today....in English of course...i think i came across as mad and power hungry and thirsty for money...talking about going sky diving and paragliding...also about gaining a "substantial amount of power and wealth in my life time" ...hmm maybe i should become a politicaian! :P ... well the speech made people laugh, which i'm not sure is a good thing considering they were meant to be the bored of goveners and everything... :S... oh dear... When i sat back down in my seat again Emma L said "I think we have a dictator in our midst" ...hmm i feel like Hitler... oh dear....

Talking of which, i am going to this History thing soon in Lisburn...something about Hitler on trial...is supposed to be good...only two people from each class get to go so that's pretty cool that i am, will have Alex to talk to, thank goodness....

pff am feeling kinda sad right now...but ah well...twill pass...
